Please note due to the pandemic, we are experiencing delivery and supply chain delays. Additionally, commercial couriers have suspended guaranteed delivery time frames on expedited packages. We do our best to ship your package promptly, but we cannot guarantee the performance of delivery services.
Expedited Shipping Information:
Our Expedited Shipping Cut Off Is 12 p.m. EST. Monday – Friday. Orders received after the cut-off will ship the next business day. Please note, that expedited orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following business day(s).
General Shipping Information:
We only ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. territories.
Please note the cut-off to ship orders via expedited services is 12:00 P.M. EST.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free ground shipping on orders over $150.00 to the contiguous 48 states, applies to items UPS and USPS deems “normal & customary” in size and weight. Large, bulky, or odd-shaped items may be subject to overweight charges.
Packages weighing over 75lbs. could be subject to additional charges.
“Business days” = Monday – Friday
When calculating shipping time, please use the next business day to start the clock for all orders received AFTER 2:00 P.M. EST.
Shipping to AK, HI, PR and VI
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands ship via UPS where service is available. If you have a special situation, or “Oversize/overweight” items, please call, e-mail us for a shipping quote.
Shipping to APO, FPO and DPO
APO, FPO, and DPO orders ship via USPS. An additional $20 will be added.
Alorian Saddlery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
