Experience shows that horses ridden with an Inno Sense mouthpiece follow the hand easily and accept the bit quickly. The Inno Sense Flexi Soft bits are made of elastic plastic and are very flexible. There is a flexible metal core in the bit. The flexibility makes this a friendly bit and horses accept it very well. The Inno Sense Flexi Soft is less suitable for strong horses. The Hackamore Combi long cheekpiece is a combination of a Hackamore with a bit. This cheekpiece divides the pressure over the mouth and nose. Because of the leverage effect, it gives pressure on the nose and lower jaw as well as in the mouth. The greater the leverage effect, bigger the impact. The TRUST Hackamore combinations all have an adjustable screw above the mouthpiece. The lower the screw, the more pressure on the nose. The curb strap should be properly adjusted (not loose, not too tight but just right), so that the nosepiece is well-fitted and stays in place. The cheekpiece is attached to the rectangular part.
